This is a health care discount program, not an insurance program. Your monthly membership fee gives you access to discounted rates from health care providers in the HealthAllies network. You must pay for all of the services you receive, but you will pay special “members-only” rates.
“How do I use this program if I already have health insurance?”
You should always use your insurance for covered services. Use HealthAllies to save on a wide variety of health and wellness services that your health plan doesn’t cover. For example, if your health plan doesn’t pay for chiropractor visits, you can visit a HealthAllies chiropractor and save 20%. You can also save on vision care, dental care, weight loss programs and much more.
“Can I apply my HealthAllies discount to my insurance co-pay or deductible?”
No. Your discount can only be applied to services that you purchase from a HealthAllies doctor and pay for entirely out of your own pocket.
“Can I see any doctor and get a discount?”
No. To get the HealthAllies discount, you must see a HealthAllies practitioner. There are 500,000 provider locations and facilities in the U.S. so you should have no problem finding a doctor near you.

“How much does it cost for a family?”
One monthly membership fee enables you to save on health care for you, your spouse, and all of your dependent children, whether you have one child or ten! And, you can also use the long-term care discounts to save on services for your parents, in-laws, and grandparents.
“How do I check to see if my doctor is part of the program?”
Your member kit will tell you how to use the Web site or call center to look up doctors in your area. There are 500,000 provider locations and facilities to choose from, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the selection, you can simply call to cancel within 30 days.
[Refer to table] And remember, your savings are guaranteed. If you don’t save at least the minimum amount advertised, HealthAllies will refund the difference to you.
